(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Workers returned Monday morning to the General Motors plant in Oklahoma City.
The plant resumed production of sport utility vehicles Monday after being closed for more than seven weeks. The south Oklahoma City plant was shut down because of damaged caused by a May 8th tornado.
Paint and body shop workers went back to work last week. The rest of the nearly 3,000 employees returned Monday.
The plant produces GMC Envoys and Chevrolet TrailBlazers.
