Growing pains from road construction in Tulsa are starting to pay off. The stretch of 91st Street west of Mingo is open to traffic.

It had been closed since last fall when crews began to widen the intersection. Crews also replaced two bridges and built a new one west of the intersection.

As you can see, there are still some markers in place, but they don't seem to be slowing traffic at all.
