A Muskogee County teenager who shot five middle school classmates is back in Oklahoma custody.

Seth Trickey has been at a private treatment facility in Texas. His attorney says specialists evaluated the teen and found he had no mental illness. And he'll spend time at a less-restrictive group home.

Trickey opened fire on classmates outside the Fort Gibson middle school in December 1999. All of the victims survived.
