Accidental shooting sends store clerk to the hospital

A Tulsa pawnshop clerk is recovering from a gunshot wound he suffered when a customer's handgun accidentally went off in the store.
It happened at 911 South Memorial. The customer said he was having trouble with the pistol, and before handing it to the clerk; he assured him that the gun was unloaded. But it was loaded, and the gun fired a bullet through the clerk's hand.
The clerk was taken to the hospital, and is expected to be fine.
