A Tulsa County District Court jury has found Oscar Patterson guilty. This time it was on 4 counts of sexually abusing a minor.

The jury reccomended Friday that Patterson serves 25 years in prison for each of the four counts. Those charges date back to 1997. Patterson was convicted of killing his stepdaughter, Tiffany Beverly, but that conviction was overturned. Wagoner County prosecutors "do" plan to try him again for the murder - but a trial date hasn't been set.

Patterson will return to court July 25th for sentencing on the sexual abuse charges.
