A change in the primaries could make Oklahoma a prime "stomping ground" for Campaign 2004. Democratic Party Chairman Jay Parmley hopes a February 3rd Oklahoma presidential primary will draw "all 9" Democratic hopefuls.
The Oklahoma primary will be a week after New Hampshire's. That state traditionally leads-off the presidential race.
