(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Big 12 Conference football schedule for 2006 does something that's never been done before.

Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will meet in the 2006 conference opener.

The schedule has OU playing at OSU on September, 30th, 2006.

Big 12 Associate Commission Tim Allen says it was just ``the luck of the draw'' and that teams may ask for changes in the dates.

This season's Bedlam game is scheduled for November 1st.
