An early morning high-speed chase lands a 32-year old woman behind bars. The chase started when Tulsa Police Captain Brad Clark tried to stop a speeding car at 96th and Delaware.

When he turned on his lights, the April Shaw took off. The chase took them through Jenks onto Highway 75 then to 11th Street. The suspect lost control and hit a pole. â€œIt does not appear to be intoxicated at this time basically she just made a statement she just didn't want to be stopped tonight.â€

The Shaw suffered a cut to her head when she hit the pole. She's going to be okay. Charges are pending.
