Oklahoma State and Oklahoma each had two players selected in the amateur baseball draft Wednesday.
OSU first baseman John Urick was selected in the 22nd round by the New York Yankees, while right-hand pitcher Joe Weaver went to Cleveland in the 43rd round.
OU catcher Spencer Wyman was picked by the Florida Marlins in the 31st round and redshirt pitcher Curtis White went to the Texas Rangers in the 44th round.
Connors State College had three players drafted. Centerfielder Danny Desouza went to San Francisco in the 29th round, right-hand pitcher Adam Hawes went to Minnesota in the 40th and left-hand pitcher Nathan Rogers went to San Diego in the 43rd round.
Other top picks for the day were Oklahoma City University first baseman Brandon Kaye, who went to San Diego in the 22nd round and Eastern Oklahoma State left-hand pitcher Adam Daniels, who went to Colorado in the 22nd round.
