A Tulsa man becomes the target of a gunman. But, it's a woman who winds up in the hospital.

Tulsa Police were called to the Food Mart parking lot on 46th Street North and Cincinnati around eleven o'clock Wednesday night. A man filling up his van with gas exchanged words about gangs with another man.

Police say the victim is not a gang member, but was wearing an orange T-shirt. That apparently was enough for the gunman. Tulsa Police Sgt Robert Rohloff, “the victim who was driving the van indicated just before the shots were fired he noticed a red dot appear and saw it moving and saw the red light from across the street and then the shots were fired.”

The van driver wasn't hurt. Although his van has several bullet holes. A woman walking across the parking lot was shot in the leg. She was treated at Hillcrest Medical Center. Several bullets also struck the store.

No one has been arrested.
