A Tulsa man becomes the target of a gunman. But, it's a woman who winds up in the hospital.
Tulsa Police were called to the Food Mart parking lot on 46th Street North and Cincinnati around eleven o'clock Wednesday night. A man filling up his van with gas exchanged words about gangs with another man.
Police say the victim is not a gang member, but was wearing an orange T-shirt. That apparently was enough for the gunman. Tulsa Police Sgt Robert Rohloff, “the victim who was driving the van indicated just before the shots were fired he noticed a red dot appear and saw it moving and saw the red light from across the street and then the shots were fired.â€
The van driver wasn't hurt. Although his van has several bullet holes. A woman walking across the parking lot was shot in the leg. She was treated at Hillcrest Medical Center. Several bullets also struck the store.
No one has been arrested.
