(Tulsa-AP) -- A Tulsa judge wants to make sure there was no tampering with two videotapes of police interrogating a former school teacher.

Former Grace Fellowship School teacher Aaron Thompson is charged with 14 counts of lewd molestation and two counts of sexual abuse of students.

Thompson's attorney says there was a gap in the videotape.

District Judge P-Thomas Thornbrugh says he'll allow the tapes to be analyzed by an expert in Georgia to see if they're originals or duplicates.

The judge also wants to know if the tapes had been stopped and started during the questioning or if they had been altered.

The lead detective in the investigation says there was a ``skip'' in the tape.
