I-40 bridge accident still under investigation

It's been nearly a year since the deadly I-40 bridge collapse near Webbers Falls. But investigators say they're not even halfway through looking into all of the details.
Fourteen people died when a towboat crashed into the piers of the I-40 Bridge. Several cars and trucks plunged into the Arkansas River. It normally takes the NTSB about a year to finish investigating a major accident.
Authorities say they haven't even reached the halfway point yet.
