Financial problems are plaguing a Green Country hospital. Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville says it will lay off 5% of its workforce by July 1st.

In addition, it's closing the geriatrics center, because of decreases in Medicare reimbursements and stiffer competition. 43 people will lose their jobs and 41 long-term care patients will have to be relocated.
