Tulsa Police arrested a man suspected of propositioning young boys for sex. Officers say James Devers offered money and gifts to the boys in exchange for sex.
They say he would then threaten to kill their parents or blow up their houses, if they told. Devers is a registered sex offender because of a sodomy conviction in Oklahoma County in 1991.
Detectives suspect there may be other victims, if so, they can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
