This Saturday will mark the eighth year since the Oklahoma City bombing. As the anniversary approaches, the new federal building which will replace the fallen Murrah building is almost finished.
Contractors say the new facility will be ready to open this fall. It will sit 50 feet from the street and will have shatterproof glass.
