NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Taylor McIntyre pitched eight strong innings on a cold night, leading Oral Roberts University to a 5-1 victory over Oklahoma on Tuesday.
With temperatures in the low 40s at game time, McIntyre (3-1) gave up six hits and didn't walk anyone.
The Golden Eagles (15-13) took advantage of Sooner wildness to score twice with two outs in the second inning, then added three runs in the fourth.
Josh Lex scored on a bases-loaded walk and Matt VanDerBosch came across on a wild pitch in the second.
The Golden Eagles got another run on a bases-loaded walk in the fifth. Lex added a sacrifice fly and VanDerBosch had an RBI single.
Oklahoma starter David Purcey (0-2) gave up five runs in four innings, walking five and striking out five.
LaFringe Hayes and Jay Yaconetti had two hits for Oklahoma (13-16).
