The uncle of an Oklahoma soldier talks about his nephew's death in Iraq last week. Sergeant First Class Randy Rehn was killed Thursday while fighting near the airport in Baghdad.
Rehn was a 16-year veteran of the Army stationed at Ft Sill. He was attached to the Army's 3rd Infantry Division. He leaves behind a wife and a 7-month-old little girl. Robert Rehn says his nephew was friendly, quiet and liked to play practical jokes. He says the family is devastated by the loss. "I've talked to his brothers- they're standing up- it's pretty sad thing."
The Army will hold a service for Rehn in Fort Sill Tuesday. The family says Rehn will be buried in Tulsa with services being held sometime this week.
