A Porter man has been killed in a single car accident on a Wagoner County road. Jackie Ray Houtz was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident last night. Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Houtz lost control of his pickup truck, hit an embankment and flipped his truck, landing on its driver's side.
