Luby's says it will close about 50 cafeterias, including three in Oklahoma. Two in Tulsa will be shut down as early as Thursday.

The San Antonio based company says it will focus on its Texas markets and close under performing stores.

The move comes as Luby's announced a second quarter loss of nearly $3.5-million.
