Construction barrels came down Thursday evening along US Highway 169.
Oklahoma Department of Transportation says north and southbound lanes on Highway 169 between 21st and 11th Streets opened Thursday evening.
That includes the transition ramps at the 169 and Interstate-44 interchange.
