Tulsa Ballet is rehearsing for its final performance of the season, scheduled for next weekend.

The company will present three world premieres from some of the world's top modern choreographers. One of the works, created by the Director of the Contemporary Dance Group of Buenos Aires, depicts the four stages of love, featuring the gestures and atmosphere of the tango.

The choreographer says he chose Tulsa Ballet for its premier because of the company's reputation and Tulsa audience's enthusiasm for new works. Mauricio Wainrot, "You are very lucky to have so many choreographers and so many different styles of dance. Not only classical but modern kinds of dance which I think brings a lot of interest to the audience and also to the dancers.â€

Tulsa Ballet will close its season next weekend with two evening performances and a matinee.
