OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The driver of a pickup truck police say was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a Moore teenager has been arrested.

George McKinney, 51, was taken into custody Saturday night on a second-degree murder complaint.

Amy Russell, 19, was killed Friday night when a pickup smashed into her family's car on Interstate 240. The car had slowed because another vehicle lost a load of boxes and was pulled off the interstate, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
