(Boston-AP) -- Oklahoma State will play Pennsylvania today in the NCAA East Regional in Boston.

The sixth-seeded Cowboys are coming off a 60-to-58 loss to Missouri in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament. They are 21-and-9 overall and 10-and-6 in the Big 12.

Penn is on a 15-game winning streak and has gone 14-and-oh in Ivy League conference play and is 22-and-5 overall. The Quakers are the eleventh seed.

Oklahoma State and Penn have only met once -- in December 1979, when O-S-U won 91-to-76.

The winner of the game will play either Syracuse or Manhattan in the second round on Sunday.
