A Tulsa County man is in custody after a standoff in Leonard. It started around 5 o'clock Wednesday morning when county officers tried to execute a search warrant at the home of Robert Maxwell.
Maxwell barricaded himself inside for more than five hours while Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies tried to talk him into coming out. They tear-gassed his home and he came out a short time later.
He was arrested on 11 outstanding felony charges from firearms to drug possession.
