A man is recovering from being shot four times in what Tulsa Police say could be a case of road rage.

20-year-old Casey Mitchell told police he was driving south on Memorial overnight when another car bumped him from behind. He says he pulled into a grocery store parking lot to talk to the driver of the other car, when that driver pulled out a gun and started shooting.

Mitchell was hit in the lower back, hip and arm.

Officers are looking for a white man in his early 20's with light brown hair, driving a mid to late 1990's green, two-door Saturn.
