(Oklahoma City-AP) -- FBI agents have arrested a Prague man on a murder solicitation complaint.

Sundeep Kishore was taken into custody late Saturday without incident at his residence, where a search warrant was executed.

Agents began an investigation February 25th.

According to an affidavit, the 41-year-old Kishore was in the process of purchasing a $100,000 life insurance policy on a business partner.

The FBI alleges he was planning to take the man on a business trip overseas and murder him by poisoning him with Strychnine.
