We know the name of a woman who died in a fatal accident Tuesday night. Officers say 50-year-old Carolyn Tiger was driving east on Pine when she went off the road and hit a pole near Cincinnati.
She died at the scene. Police believe Tiger suffered a heart attack while driving.
No one else was hurt.
