Areas near Bartlesville and on to the north were especially hard hit. Some parts of Washington County reported 16 to 18 inches of snow with drifts much deeper than that.

Washington County and Bartlesville Emergency Management Director Kary Cox says the heavy snow is going to be a problem for several days. "What's on the roadways has gotten packed down, so it's made a virtual skating rink out of some of our roadways. Probably gonna be a problem for he next couple of days, sounds like."
