A man is dead after Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say he suffered a massive heart attack on the road.

70-year-old Mickey Ray McAfee was reportedly driving in Noble County when his car ran off the road and struck a fence post around noon Saturday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers.
