TAMPA, Florida (AP) _ Dave Andreychuk scored his 609th goal and moved into 12th place on the NHL career list, and Nikolai Khabibulin made 24 saves for his 31st career shutout as the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Anaheim Mighty Ducks 2-0 Tuesday night.

Tampa Bay has lost just once in six games (4-1-1) and moved within one point of first place Washington in the Southeast Division.

``I'm just trying to get this team into the playoffs,'' Andreychuk said. ``We were prepared tonight. It's a good all-around team win.''

Tampa Bay hasn't made the playoffs since 1996, and has never won a division title.

Khabibulin has three shutouts this season. Nikita Alexeev also scored for the Lightning.

Martin Gerber, coming off his first career shutout Sunday at Carolina, made 24 saves for Anaheim.

Canucks 8, Thrashers 0

In Vancouver, British Columbia, Markus Naslund had a goal and five assists as Vancouver extended the NHL's best unbeaten streak to 14 games with a resounding victory over Atlanta.

Naslund set up Vancouver's first four goals and scored the sixth, his league-leading 41st. His first six-point game gave him 10 points in two games and 83 this season, tying him with Pittsburgh's Mario Lemieux for the NHL lead.

Dan Cloutier made 23 saves for his second shutout and 31st win of the season for the Canucks, 10-0-4 during the streak.

Brendan Morrison and Trevor Linden also scored two goals each, and Henrik Sedin added a goal.

The line of Naslund, Morrison and Todd Bertuzzi combined for 14 points.

``This is the best I've seen the team play throughout the season,'' Naslund said of the Canucks. ``We're finding ways to get up for games and taking pride in being prepared. We're leaving the last game and looking ahead and keeping a level head.''

Wild 3, Senators 0

In Ottawa, Dwayne Roloson stopped 28 shots to earn his second shutout in three starts and lead Minnesota over Ottawa.

Richard Park, Lubomir Sekeras, and Marian Gaborik provided goals for Minnesota. Roloson has three shutouts in 38 games. Gaborik, who leads Minnesota with 27 goals, hadn't scored in 11 games.

The Wild, outshot 28-19, won their second successive game following a three-game losing streak.

Ottawa, which acquired forward Vaclav Varada from Buffalo before the game, lost for the second time in three home games after going two months without a loss there.

Stars 5, Bruins 5

In Boston, Brian Rolston scored two goals and Glen Murray added a pair, including a power-play tally with 1:40 remaining in regulation, to lift Boston into a tie with Dallas.

Dallas took a 5-4 lead midway through the third on Claude Lemieux's backhander. The Stars extended their unbeaten streak to five games. They haven't lost on the road in 10 games and have just two losses in 26 games overall. Boston hasn't won in seven games.

Sergei Zubov and Bill Guerin scored to give Dallas a 4-2 lead, but Rolston and Murray scored to tie it at 4.

Bryan Berard had three assists for Boston. Zubov had two assists for the Stars.

Boston hasn't beaten Dallas in seven games, dating to Jan. 4, 1997.

Rangers 3, Devils 3

In East Rutherford, New Jersey, Petr Nedved scored on a power play with 4:28 left in regulation as the New York Rangers salvaged a point against New Jersey.

Brian Leetch and Tom Poti also scored for the Rangers, who remain five points behind Boston in the race for the final playoff berth in the Eastern Conference.

The Devils and Rangers have tied in all three meetings this season.

Jamie Langenbrunner scored twice and Brian Gionta once for the Devils. Martin Brodeur made a spectacular save on Leetch halfway through the overtime to prevent the archrival Rangers from picking up two points in Bobby Holik's return to New Jersey.

The Rangers came back twice in the third period to tie it.

Kings 5, Penguins 3

In Pittsburgh, Ziggy Palffy and Bryan Smolinski each scored twice as Los Angeles overcame two goals by Mario Lemieux and a two-goal deficit to beat Pittsburgh.

Jaroslav Modry began the comeback with a power-play goal late in the first period, while the Kings surged back after rookie Cristobal Huet replaced Jamie Storr in goal with Los Angeles down 2-0.

Huet, playing in only his second NHL game, stopped all but one of the 17 shots he faced after Storr was lifted for the second time in four games.

Smolinski's two goals were his 15th and 16th and helped send the Penguins to their second straight loss at home in which they couldn't hold a lead.

Maple Leafs 5, Islanders 2

In Toronto, Mats Sundin scored twice as Toronto beat the New York Islanders.

Sundin scored his 29th and 30th goals of the season in the second period after misfiring on a penalty shot early in the period.

The Islanders, unbeaten in their previous five games, played in Toronto for the first since being eliminated in the playoffs last year.

Claude Lapointe and Shawn Bates scored for the Islanders, who beat Toronto 4-2 in New York on Dec. 6.

Robert Reichel, Travis Green, and Tie Domi also scored for Toronto.

Predators 5, Blue Jackets 0

In Nashville, Tennessee, Tomas Vokoun made 19 saves for his second shutout this season as Nashville defeated Columbus.

The Predators are 5-1 in their last six games. The Blue Jackets have lost six in succession.

Nashville jumped out to a 1-0 lead 4:01 into the first period on Greg Johnson's goal. Adam Hall and Vladimir Orszagh scored in the second, and Kimmo Timonen and Clarke Wilm made it 5-0 in the third.

An apparent Blue Jackets goal by Tyler Wright was waved off as the whistle blew before the puck crossed the goal line at 6:23 of the first period.

Flyers 2, Blackhawks 0

In Chicago, Roman Cechmanek stopped 25 shots for his second consecutive shutout, and Kim Johnsson and Marty Murray both scored as Philadelphia beat Chicago.

It was Cechmanek's third shutout this season and the 17th of his career, moving him into third place on the Flyers' list _ one behind Ron Hextall.

Steve Sullivan had Chicago's best scoring opportunity but failed on a penalty shot.

The Blackhawks were shut out for the second straight game and were swept in a four-game homestand.

Avalanche 4, Oilers 2

In Denver, Alex Tanguay scored two goals and Peter Forsberg added three assists as Colorado extended its home winning streak to seven with a win over Edmonton.

Tanguay extended his point streak to a season-high 11 games, in which he has seven goals and 11 assists. Forsberg has 22 points, four goals and 18 assists, in 12 games. Top-line forward Milan Hejduk had his goal-scoring streak snapped at seven games.

Colorado captain Joe Sakic returned after missing 15 games with a broken right foot. Rob Blake and Stephen Reinprecht added goals, and Patrick Roy stopped 22 shots.

Jason Chimera and Mike York scored for Edmonton, 0-4-1-2 in their last seven games. The Oilers are winless in five road games (0-4-0-1).
