Sophia Young paced the Bears (16-8, 5-7 Big 12) with 21 points, 13 rebounds and two assists. Steffanie Blackmon scored 11 points and Stasha Richards had 10 for Baylor.
The Bears hit 14-of-30 (47 percent) in the first half and led 33-25 at intermission.
Both teams shot below 32 percent from the field in the second half, but the Cowgirls outscored the Bears 39-22. Baylor's Blackmon, Richards and Ebony Jackson all fouled out.
