(Rochester, Michigan-AP) -- The Oral Roberts basketball team lost on the road Thursday night to Oakland, Michigan, 78-to-57.

The Golden Eagles shot just 34.5% in falling to 16-and-7 overall, 7-and-3 in the Mid-Continent Conference.

Tyrone Tiggs scored 23 points for ORU. Reggie Borges had eleven points and nine rebounds.

The Golden Eagles are on the road again Saturday night to play IUPUI.
