(Austin, Texas-AP) -- Oklahoma State's 15-game winning streak is over.
The ninth-ranked Cowboys went on the road yesterday and lost to number-three Texas, 75-to-68.
Victor Williams scored 22 and Tony Allen had 15 for the Cowboys. But Allen was bothered by foul trouble along with Melvin Sanders.
The loss was Oklahoma State's first in two months and it drops the Cowboys out of sole possession of first place in the Big 12.
OSU is now 17-and-2 overall, 6-and-1 in the conference.
The Cowboys return home Wednesday night for a game with Kansas State.
