Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson has filed a lawsuit on behalf of OSU, in the wake of a plane crash two years ago.

The lawsuit is against the company that owned the plane, and the estate of pilot Denver Mills who was killed. Edmondson's office says the lawsuit was filed to beat the statue of limitations involving possible legal action over the crash.

It could help five families who are suing for compensation for their lost family members. In all, ten members of the OSU basketball program were killed.
