There's good economic news for the town of Miami in Ottawa County.

Governor Brad Henry was on hand Friday for Tracker Marine's ribbon cutting ceremony for a new manufacturing plant.

The move will create about 250 jobs over the next year. The new plant will produce the Tahoe brand of fiberglass sport and runabout boats.

Tracker will maintain its headquarters in Springfield, Missouri.
