A casino boat docked in Webbers Falls lacks the proper permits needed to dock - or host any sort of business. It was a story you saw first on the News on Six.

The US Army Corps of Engineers says the dock built for the boat is not properly permitted - and the riverboats operators do not have a business permit. After an inspection, the Corps noted the boat does not have a working rudder.

A business group claiming to be an Indian tribe owns the boat - and says they plan to open a casino on board.
