No criminal charges will be filed against former Booker T Washington High School band director Elmer Davis Jr.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris says the evidence given to him is -not- substantial enough to press charges. Most of the students' accusations of sexual misconduct were verbal in nature, not physical.

Davis was fired last week because of those allegations.
