A Tulsa Police officer just received a national top cop award. Robbery Detective Bob Little won the award for his courage in the face of danger.

He came face to face with a bank robber who shot a bank customer and was escaping through downtown Tulsa in April of 2001. The man pulled his gun and Little shot and killed him.

Little was honored by the National Association for Police organizations out of Washington DC.
