Broken Arrow Mayor James Reynolds says he will not run for re-election. The 74-year-old Reynolds has been mayor since 1990. He's served on the council since 1975.

While in office, Reynolds has seen Broken Arrow grow into the state's third-largest manufacturing city producing everything from flight simulators to natural gas compressors.

Reynolds was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame for City and Town Officials last March.
