(Norman-AP) -- A group of University of Oklahoma students say they've collected more than two-thousand signatures on an anti-war petition.
OU senior Philip Dow organized the petition drive and says he hopes it will start serious debate on the possibility of the U-S attacking Iraq.
The petition circulated by ``OU Students Against War'' lists eleven reasons to oppose a potential war against Iraq. It says a US attack on Iraq would make Americans less safe and there is no solid evidence Iraq or Saddam Hussein had anything to do with the 9-11 terror attacks on the US.
The petition is being sent to President Bush and each member of the Oklahoma congressional delegation.
