There’s more talk about a proposed change to the city of Tulsa's massage ordinance.
Dozens gathered in the city council conference room Tuesday, anticipating final action on the controversial proposal. Most of them, opponents of many of the recommendations.
They seemed to find an ally in Councilor Randy Sullivan who said he thought the proposal went too far. “I think there was a few issues we needed to tweak in the ordinance. Those were the hours of operation. There needed to be some administrative duties in there, in the repeal of license process. What I think we've done is over thought it and created a problem where there wasn’t one."
When all was said and done the council decided to put off the vote on the ordinance until Thursday's regular city council meeting.
