The Boy Scouts broke ground on a new facility in Tulsa. Work began Monday afternoon on the new Scout Resource Center at 43rd and Garnett.
The project is being paid for with a $4-million grant from the Donald W Reynolds Foundation. The new resource center is expected to be finished sometime next year.
