(Tulsa-AP) -- The Tulsa Drillers will host the Shreveport Swamp Dragons Thursday to open the 2002 Texas League season.

The Drillers will play 10 home games through April 13th.

Tulsa will host the Swamp Dragons for six games and the Arkansas Travelers for the final four games.

Last season, the Drillers defeated Shreveport 4-to-nothing.

Fans can attend the first two games of the season with a special opening night ticket available from Drillers Baseball sponsors.

Game time Thursday is set for 7:05.
