Tulsa Police Sex Crimes detectives want to catch a flasher before his crimes become worse.

This is a composite sketch of the suspect. Officers say he's exposed himself to more than 10 children and teenage girls in East Tulsa. They say it's happened every month since August and twice last month, March 13th and March 26th.

He's in his mid-20â€™s, 5-foot-10-inches, 180 pounds with a short haircut and a slight belly. He's driving a small four-door dark blue or black car.
