A line of parents leave what would be the first public meeting held by Grace Fellowship School officials.

"There definitely were more questions than there were answers today." John Trook has a daughter who attends the private school. He joined 300 other concerned moms and dads in search of answers to recent molestation allegations made against former PE coach Aaron Thompson. "Our trust has been rattled today and when it has to do with your children, you don't protect anything more than you do your children."

Trook says school officials at the meeting Wednesday morning, stood behind their decision to do an internal investigation before contacting police, and a public statement issued by the private school Monday confirms, "the administration of the school was informed of allegations of improper behavior, on March 12th, 2002."

It would be nine days later before school officials would report anything to Tulsa Police. "They're not investigators, that's not their job.” It’s why Trook worries if any more surprises will surface from school officials, including a document discussed at the meeting on student-teacher affection conduct. "And at that meeting, it was passed over pretty quickly, teachers were asked to sign that document last fall." It is likely the search warrant issued by Tulsa Police on Tuesday will uncover the facts and history pertaining to that document.

Meanwhile, Tulsa County's Child Abuse Network says while there is no state law that limits the amount of time a child abuse report should be made, it is state law that anyone who fears a child may be abused must report it immediately.
