A Bartlesville man charged with drunk driving faces new DUI charges - after being accused of showing up to court drunk.

Court officials say that when Charles Laws showed up for his arraignment last Friday, he looked drunk.

They called police who gave Laws a sobriety test outside the court room. He failed the test and was arrested.

Laws was originally arrested on charges of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. He now faces a new DUI charge.
