A preliminary hearing was held Thursday for a man accused of killing an elderly Tulsa man late last year.

JB Cole is charged in the December 2001 death of 72-year-old Donald Green. Greenâ€™s family reported him missing when he never showed up for Christmas dinner. His body was found days later in a river in Kentucky. Cole's accomplice told the court Thursday that the pair went on a three state crime spree days after Green's disappearance.

Prosecutors say they will hear from two more witnesses in the next few days.
