(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State's closed out the regular season with a 66-to-51 win over Texas A-and-M last night.

The 12th-ranked Cowboys used 16-to-1 run over the final seven minutes to hold off the Aggies.

O-S-U led by as many as 16 in the first half and by ten with 13 minutes remaining before the A-and-M made things interesting.

Melvin Sanders tied his career high with 18 points to lead O-S-U.

Jesse King scored a career-high 17 for A-and-M.

The Cowboys finish the regular season at 23-and-7 and 10-and-6 in the Big 12.

The Aggies finish 9-and-21 and 3-and-13.
