Some Tulsa parents came together to learn more about what lies ahead for Tulsa Public Schools.
They went to a special forum last night to talk about the state's largest school district.
Superintendent Doctor David Sawyer led the forum. He tackled questions on everything from the future of Tulsa's school for science and technology to how someone gets into a magnet program.
Dr. David Sawyer, Tulsa School Superintendent: "We allow a pretty broadly based enrollment by choice throughout the district already. That's what we want to continue to grow. Our goal is to let students be served in the school they wish to attend."
Tulsa's Urban League, NAACP chapter and Jewish Federation sponsored the forum.
