The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now looking into the safety standards of a Tulsa company.

Some workers at the John Pickle Company have accused the factory of holding them captive for several weeks. The workers were brought to Tulsa from India in October. Meanwhile, the workers are applying for "T1" visas.

Company officials have said they did nothing wrong when bringing the workers to Tulsa.
